no headlight beam pattern

ive noticed one of my 2011 aygo headlamps has no sharp cut off pattern to the light when parked near a wall , other side is sharp and correct ive tried new bulbs , bulb seems to be fitted correct , its an original toyota lamp with no damage or hazing on the lense any ideas please
