Toyota Yaris 2006 Doors not opening

My 2006 Toyota Yaris will not open the rear passenger side door from either inside or outside the car. I tried the electronic key as well as the manual door opening, including the internal unlocking button. What can I do myself to fix this before getting technical help?

Can you hear the solenoid in that door when you open and lock the car ? Are the floor mats damp or any other signs of water getting into the car ?

do you use the child locks on the rear doors ?

When was the the last time you opened that rear passenger side door? Do you live in a warm climate?

Yes, I hear the solenoid. Also the car is wet with water at the rear mat an one of my rear door won't open from inside and out
