Immobiliser erratic....

Hi,

Looking for advice.  I have a 2006 Toyota Yaris with 3 keys.  All keys work most of the time, but occasionally the immobiliser cuts in and the starter spins but will not fire.  I come back to the car 10 minutes later and all keys work fine again.  What is causing this erratic cutting in of the immobiliser.  What can I check to eradicate this problem or replace what is failing?  Most of the time it is fine, but when it is not playing ball nothing will start the car other than waiting time until it resets.  I have cleaned out around the ignition barrel, checked all fuses, put on a new Battery to the car and checked earth straps.......... any advice welcome

See if there are any codes stored if it's seeing the fault it should log a code
