engine stops

hello friends, i have auris 1.4d 2014 and when i am ready to stop behind the traffic the engine shuts down ( this happens only if the engine is hot) . when i try to turn on the engine again i can hear the sound of the starter but only  trying to start without doing it. if 5 minutes pass the engine starts again normally  and after 15-20 minutes is doing the same.  you have any ideas ?

The 1.4D4D has a stop/start system which, depending on a number of factors, will shut down the engine when the car becomes stationary. Fully depressing the clutch pedal will restart the engine rather than using the ignition switch.

Your owners manual will give further details on how the system operates.

its not the eco start system because the engine does not start when i swich off the key and try to start the engine again. i hear only the sound of starter but the engine does not start, after 5 minutes the egine can start again.
