Is it a T10/501 etc. led that has fallen into the headlight? If so you can try 'fishing it out through the H4 aperture using a a flexible grab stick or a long thin stick such as a wooden bbq skewer with super glue on the end or inverted duct tape bluetac  or similar, just be very careful you don't damage the chrome reflector. You will need a lot of patience and dexterity to retrieve it this way as your only other option is to remove the headlight which involves dismantling the front bumper.

Good luck

I actually did the same with my rear bulb yesterday, ended up taking the whole light out to get it out.

Headlights?

If so, you mustn't change from halogen to LED as it's illegal in UK for road use.

Marked Led's are coming to the market slowly  around £85 at the moment tho, but they may only be used with the correct type of housing eg, replacement for a factory led
