inserts ? its the same as the car the rear quarter glass is bonded in place or do you mean the interior, a picture may help

I mean interior, rear windows have black covers over windows ,I want to tint them instead as reversing from parking space you are totally blind .it's an auris configured as terra van

If they wind up and down, it more than likely a film on the glass, wind the window down and you should see the film, it comes off by carefully heating the outside of the glass and peel it off

otherwise swap the glass out

 

The Auris Van conversion is known as a N1 you don't see many in the UK
