Facelift rear lights to 2009 model +

Hello everyone so I’m having really hard time finding if the rear lights of a facelift fits my Auris 2009. I found many topics talking about it but never a clear answer or what I need exactly for it besides the facelift lights. Many people say it fitted perfect others say there it’s a bit bigger where the lights meet the bumper etc...

If there is anyone who does or doesn’t have made this change on their’s Auris please let me know the process or if it’s just simple as replacing them.

Thank you very much for reading hope you have a great day!

I was searching for the same thing, but came to same conclusion.

The gaps originally are quite wide.

It would be costly to modify the molds to be a few mm offset, so the lights in theory should fit. Only issue might be the connectors.

Check on eBay for used one and see if they look the same, if not, buy the lights with connectors and get your soldering iron ready.

Best case scenario would be to find some junkyard with lights, and try them there, it's just 2 screws that hold them, so in 2 minutes you will know if it fits, or not.

  • Thanks 1

Is it a wagon ?(sports tourer)

there has been a recent thread on the subject, if they fit, wiring will be the next issue

What exactly do you mean ? Are the adapters kind of different from the car to the lights ??
