K quick question for a m8 who is eager to pull off a turbo conversion on his 'slow' mr-s. Hes thinking big figures like 250-300 odd bhp :blink: . Im thinking exploding engine :P. Hes considering the usual kits top secret/HKS etc hes got the money and hes serious but doesnt realise its not as easy as just whacking a turbo on. Can some one give me a full run down of whatll be involved?? ie intercooler,fuel pump,gearbox/cluth etc what engine work will be needed to cope?

RJ De Vera made a MR-S with a turbo conversion...im not sure what it involves but maybe itll tell u on he's web site
