Pollen Filters In A Yaris

I had a look at the pollen filter in my yaris recently. On an otherwise brilliant small car this is the only weakness!! The pollen filter (yes it has does have one) is rubbish and probably wouldnt stop a mosquito never mind pollen or anything else. It is dead easy to change and you only need to open the glovebox and let down fully to see the housing, then unclip the filter access plate (which is also the bit that holds the filter) and replace it with a decent filter. I got a new filter from Puravent (they have website www.puravent.co.uk) which is dramatically better that the origional toyota one as it also catches many smells in as well as dust etc.

As a really bad hayfever sufferer, I get dreadfully sniffly and sneezy over the beginning of summer....

However I have noticed that in my Yaris with the Aircon on it is much better... so it cant be all that bad! :)

Im sure its not the best.. but *shrugs.. it suffices :)
