My dad has just got himself a used 2005 Rav4 it is one of the high end specs automatic with heated leather seat, CC and the B9005 multimedia unit. He is not computer literate

 

The Multi media unit is not working and I am struggling to find him the answers so I joined .will post my request in relevant forum.
