Exactly this, really annoying that you can't find the roof light and always risk pushing the SOS button. Like, WHY? Pennies difference in production costs but a real bugbear.

My 2016 4th Prius had properly illuminates windows switches, a better designed mirror control that could be easily found and used without looking, and illuminated roof switched that were also better designed to find by feel.

I hated having to swap to the RAV4 but the Prius turned out to be so low that it caused major problems with my hips that spread to knees and lower back, and completely disappeared within 3 months of getting the much more expensive RAV4 (both Excel trim, BTW).

I'm also really annoyed at losing the excellent Head Up Display Prius had from 11 years ago, plus rain repellent, laminated, sound deadening front side windows, self parking, wireless phone charger (I bought a new phone when I got my Prius to use it!), illuminated glovebox.

I don't remember ever upgrading a car and losing so many benefits, despite the other advantages of the RAV.  I tried hard to find a non-Toyota replacement for the Prius, but sadly I'm too addicted to the way the Toyota Hybrids drive.
