Help finding correct auxiliary belt tensioner

Hello all.

I'm at a dead end with a customers car!

I am an experienced mechanic with 15 years experience, I have a customer who has a 2006 celica Vvtl-I Gt.

The auxiliary belt tensioner bolt has snapped in the engine block. I am able to get the snapped thread out with a bit of work but the trouble I'm having is finding the correct replacement tensioner for the vehicle! I have been given 3 different parts now and all have been wrong.

Even toyota main dealer have given me the wrong part.

Can anyone help?

Image is of the tensioner that I'm trying to find. No part number on there at all.

(I've previously modified the tensioner to be able to release tension by adding a nut and bolt where the old tension release nut has been rounded off)
