If i am going to buy a used car, there is any possibilities to check previous vehicle owners. Because  it will helps to estimate the value of car

Think the only 'reliable' way is to catch sight of the front page of the V5C, which states number of previous owners - this excludes the current owner. Of course if it is has previously been a company, driving school, or hire car, this information may not paint the full picture. There are data protection issues as regards seeing the V5C as well.

tbh amount of owners on an older car doesn't really matter, its the paper work that counts, and if it has finance on it, eg. a log book loan that uses the car as collateral
