removing rear window ice motif

I have an ICE motif on my rear window which I want to remove. Any ideas on how to safely remove without damaging the rear window?

Inside or outside ? A hair drier or a stripe removal wheel

 

Edit. Doh, do you the ICE badge/emblem ?

Hair drier and dental floss/fishing line, - solvent or sticky stuff remover + elbow grease or a stripe removal wheel to remove the glue
