2005 Toyota Hiace 280 4d4 fuse box wiring issue

Friend came around today as he had the AA smash his key cylinder because it wouldn't turn.   I fitted him a new key and cylinder but after re assembly Tucked the complete mess of cables the guy had left back around the column but although the van started we had  No indicators, ignition lights, no fan, and the mileage clock was not lit.   Checked all the fuses in the footwell  box but it hasn't  got a cover to see which fuse is which, but they were all OK.  Bit random but anyone any ideas ??   It was getting dark so awkward to see.  My First guess would be the  connector block as everything not working seems to be dash related.    Cheers.

 

Engine management light came on and went off as it should and oil light the same. but nothing else.
