does anyone know how to change the song when you’re connected to your phone playing music using though AUX on aygo 2006?

You have to change it using the phonetas the AUX input is just audio and don't have any control lines, but using your phone like this while driving is nor recommended and is expected to be made illegal in 2021.

I used to be able to control it via the steering wheel controls when I used an aux cable in an old Honda Jazz, but if you don't have them, I think you're better off upgrading...

If you want to use an Aux cable and have Alexa on you phone you could look at an Echo Auto. They cost about £50.
 

This would allow you to stream and change songs through Amazon music.

If your stereo has a usb it also connects that way.

OP has a 2006 model, and the stereo with USB wasn't introduced until several years after that (my 2008 model didn't have USB).
