Hi there

I have a 2008 Avensis 5 door hatchback. The black push button that opens the boot door sometimes doesnt work at all. The button feels like it is pressed in all the time. Does anyone know where i can get a replacement part?

The black push button is only a piece of rubber that is protecting the switch that is underneath it.  It's easy to get to from the inside of the hatch.

So where would be the best place to buy a replacement one?

Your nearest Toyota dealer, eBay, scrappy, whatever suits oyu.  It might even be repairable, you won't know until you have a look at it.

Could be some water has got through the trim. Firstly I would try contact fluid at the connection, have a look it may just need a solder.
