Finding service parts for a T17x Carina II...?

I'm sure this should be simple, but...

I'm trying to buy service parts for my J-reg 2.0 Exec - Plugs, leads, filters, that sort of thing - and I can't find anywhere that wants to tell me what to buy. I've tried the usual suspects and everyone with a registration checker tells me they don't have any parts that will fit.

Does anyone have a parts list they can share? Or a favourite parts source that doesn't think these are powered by magic?

I've managed to find plugs and filters through motor factors for mine in the past, however mines a 1.6 4af engine so I dont know if that's where you're trouble is??
