Toyota avensis wont start

Got a toyota avensis 2003, i start the car and move it, after 30min i start the car and did the same thing no worrys, but it  was cold like -10c. next day it will not start.... i change the Battery, sparkplugg but noting it sounds sometimes that it begins to start but then goes back to the brum brum brum sound of the starter.

i have check the sparks at all the sparkpluggs but we notice that it would not get any fuel. so now it stays in a warm garage but if it wont start what could be the problem. someone told me that if you start it cold and dont fully warm it something can freeze in the wrong place, i dont know what that ment but... btw it sounds like the fuelpump is running.
