Detent Springs

Hi, just wondered if anyones replaced their detent springs in the gearbox of an ST162, and if its possible to do them with gearbox in situ ?

The problem I have is it keeps jumping out of 2nd, and 5th gear. Im just kind of hoping its a "relatively simple" (haha), so any further advise would be appreciated.

Cheers

hi yes i'm just discovering the same problem.apperntly its a flaw in our model. toyota apperntly has come out with modified rings to fix this problem. but if you've just had them replaced and its still doing it, thats not a good sign
