2004 Toyota Yaris D4D - Throttle Problem

2004 Toyota Yaris D4d

Car starts perfectly and runs for 2 minutes, throttle stops working and car starts to idle roughly. 
 

Changed throttle switch, new common rail injectors and new injectors but still same problem. Any ideas?

Have you checked the fuel pressure?

Changed the fuel filter and drained it?

 

All the signs of fuel starvation.. The fuel filter bowl is full of fuel, engine starts, runs empties bowl. splutters . no fuel.

 

Edit: 

There is a rubber button on the underbonnet fuel filter used to pump fuel in after changing the filter.

When it starts to splutter , try pumping it. If it is a fuel problem that should temporarily improve the running.

Any codes ?? Have you cleaned the EGR ?
