2010 Avensis T27 Driver's side window seal problem

Hi, I have a problem with the driver's side window runner seal. As the window rises, it drags the runner seal up with it until the top of the seal is all squished up. See attached photos. Any idea how I can overcome this please.

Very unusual. It looks like seal has been disturbed previously. I checked my car and the seal is firmly fixed in the frame. Every so often, I spray a bit of silicon into the rubber guides of all the windows, to aid smooth running.

Do you mean silicon grease? Can I get it at Halfords?

Halfords, Toolstation, Screwfix and in my case when available Lidl. 😂 

I have spray cans of the different lubricants. Reminds me, I need to get brake cleaner.
