Gear box problem

Hi guys, I own 2001 Toyota estima automatic transmission, my gear box has problem, when put park gear and press gas pedal it's moving forward, when I put it to reversed gear i won't reverse and when i use drive gear it takes at least 4000 rpm keep the car moving. It is all happens today when I try to go over a hill. Maybe the gear is shift, i don't know, thanks very much for your  advices or opinions

All you can do is check the ATF level is correct and that the fluid is in good condition. (ie not black and doesn't have a burnt odour)...a change of ATF is often all it needs.
