Toyota e12 diesel airbag light no indicator

Hi My toyota corrola e12 this evening lost indicators dash light illumination and power windows. The airbag light has come on the cars charging but only low voltage of 11.7v I charged it with a Battery charger up to 13.6v volts but still no good can anyone help please

Hi,have you had your Alternator tested,you should have a charging voltage of around 14.0 volts,11.7v sounds like an Alternator fault to me.
