I feel sorry for his family, if they were not aware, but he chose to do what he did and paid a high price for what he was doing. I'm sure cat thieves don't think of the victim. Hope this crime gets clamped down on.

A word of warning... Do not attempt to stop the theft.... Many of the ganga (see numerous CCTV videos on i/net) seem to have one member carrying a large baseball bat (or similar).. and posdible would not think twice about using it.  Even recording the car they arrive in (usually stolen) has proven useless in catching these persons (could use a more descriptive word  !!! ... but would be out of place in this forum.   Having suffered such theft .. I appreciate how frustrating and annoying one feels.. Not to mention the posdible damage to vehicle (do not drive) and/or the time it may take to get a replacement ...  Toyota advised a possible 7 weeks delay !!! .  Thankfully have sold the Auris Hybrid affected.
