What's a 2006 Corolla T Sport Compressor worth?

Hi, 

Looking for some advice, my neighbours wife has a mint condition 2006 Corolla TSport Compressor - 45,000 miles, FSH and fresh MOT.  It is a limited daily driver for a older lady - never been abused or perhaps used as it was originally intended.  Seems like a great car and I would have it myself if my wife would let me have another toy.

I can see there are not too many of these around now (about 125?) and only 250 UK ones originally registered - any ideas what it worth?

4000-4500 ? A discerning Toyota owner would snap that up !

The car behind you in which I travel is a Toyota whilst the car I am behind is going to break down !

A little old lady buying and driving a TSport Compressor   !!    is she Vicki Butler-Henderson  ??

Though a low 3000 miles per year, still think it will not be worth  4k + ?
