Recently read an Israeli business has developed a Battery for electric cars that can be fully charged in 5 minutes - just a little longer then filling a tank with petrol.

They not only developed this Battery, but also done a production run in conjunction with an electric car manufacturer in Asia - can’t remember if it was in China/Japan/South Korea.  
Whichever, it’s looking good on the electric car front because even one hour or 30 minutes is a long time for a fuel stop on a long journey.  Whether this development is just suitable for commercial premises or can be used at “home” the article did not say.
