If this is an UAE car built in Asia the wiring is complete different to the euro and Jap cars it's the same layout and location as the vios/yaris 4 door sedan

What are you trying to add ?

The fog relay is internal to Instrument panel J/B (Junction box)

Shouldn’t my fogs work if i installed the stalk and relays then?

As long as the car is pre wired for them, the J/B has the relay and the fuse(s) have been fitted

Could it be either one of the fuses has blown/both fog bulbs has blown? The bulbs did come all the way from China, so i might check them.
