Club Meets...

I've just read the Lexus Forum and sort of stolen/added to one of there idea's and thought I'd post in here to see what people thought and get some extra opinions...

A number of people have commented on the lack of organisation at meets such as Gaydon where cars could have been organised next to each other in model order etc and having a central point where members could meet, introduce themselves, meet other members etc.

Would it be feasable to have someone at each meet to take on this role, organise car parking, welcme people in etc, therefore looking more organised and being more welocming to new members to the club.

This person would have to change at each meet as people can't make every meet but might make things a little better ?

Not the best explanation but hopefully you'll get the jist of what I am trying to say :D :D :D
