RAV4 Black Edition new in November 2020. Does not display contact names on incoming calls

I have a new RAV4 November 2020, and a Samsung 10 Android phone. When I get  an incoming call it does not display the contact name even though they are in my contact list. Toyota Kingston have had the car 4 times and reloaded latest software, still same problem. Never a Problem with my Range Rover or friends Range Rover.

Any help please?????

So this all worked fine for me on my last 2021 RAV. But you do need to give permissions to the bluetooth device in the car you are connecting to. On an android phone you can find these in bluetooth settings for whatever the name of the car bluetooth is. There are options to check. 

However, it seems on the latest RAV you got to choose between your phone being AA or Car play Vs a regular Bluetooth phone connection. Can't seem to have both. Not usually an issue for me as I'm AA all the way but occasionally I may not plug my phone into the usb port on occasion but still want to make calls or listen to music in the regular Bluetooth way. Could do that before (permissions enabled) but not now on the new RAV.
