Goodbye and thanks

My Toymotor has finally beaten me. I could not cure the intermittent injector fault, I could not even get the injectors out, ever after using crow bars, hammers, pinch bars, WD40, Coke, vinegar and a friendly mechanic. So my 2008 T180 in otherwise very good condition is off to We buy any car.

I would like to say thanks for the advice and hints and tips I have seen over the last 6 years, please keep up the good work.

Some injectors need the hydraulic puller to get them out, don't buy another diesel 😉

Thanks I already decided on petrol when I saw the price of injectors compared to spark plugs, and then you need to code them in! I didn't know that when I bought my iCarsoft diagnostic tool, but this was my first diesel that I had worked on, the others were company cars. It has been a good learning experience,

Great car when it was running with about 80,000 trouble free...ish miles added on top of the 79k when I bought it.

One thing I will say about this forum, as I have used others with my other cars, this was by far the best, easiest and most useful.
