Hi Paul,

The side repeaters are a single unit, you could try to cut it open with a small, fine toothed hacksaw where the clear part meets the base plate, replace bulb and then glue it back together.

The bulb inside is a 5W glassocket bulb.

Cheers, Yves.

:o WFT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's simple, with both hands, slide the indicator/repeater towards the front of the car whilst pulling out the rear edge. The whole thing will come out of its hole in the panel and you can remove the bulb from the rear!

Please RTFM people! :bookworm:

The only thing that will come off is the wiring connector.

Please RTFM people!

I did, and I have them all. Do you? I also get my hands dirty on an actual car every now and then. Do you?

Cheers, Yves.

I really don't think that there's any need for that kind of tone. I'll assume that it is a giltch in your otherwise perfect English.

I got it wrong and that was all that you needed to say. I removed the indicator from the wing panel and saw that the wiring could be removed from the rear. I had - foolishly it seems - assumed that this removed the bulb holder.

With sincerest apologies and the cleanest of hands,

Alan
