Multimedia system syncing with phone.

I have posted this elsewhere on this site (& I can't even find that posting  on here either at the moment 🤣🤣🤣) but I thought I'd try this Corolla specific section of it to see if anyone has had the same problem.

I have just taken delivery of a 21 plate hybrid Corolla Touring Sports (a posh name for an estate car is that 😄😄😄) & I am supposed to be able to set up a sat nav journey on the My T app in my phone & then send it to the cars sat nav, the My T app actually tells me on the phone that it has been sent to the car, but I'm blowed if I can find it within the sat nav when I go to the car.

Anyone got any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

Look in favourites on the satnav

Should be in fav's as long as all is set up correctly,  but it can be horrendously hit and miss

Try tethering your car to your phone

 the car needs to be connected to the internet for it to work
