Yaris T-Sport service manual

I was wondering if anyone knows where to buy or find a (service/garage) manual for a yaris T-Sport P1.

I have the normal manual however it misses vital info like when to change the bougies etc.

All the help is appreciated.

They are hard to come by as they were originally a paper manual

i had to look that one up

bougies = Spark Plug

I think i have a p10 service sheet somewhere, plugs are typically 60-80K miles

Thanks i will just try and look for a paper one, maybe i can find one for sale somewhere.

Might be worth asking a dealer; They sometimes are still able to get hold of old manuals, and they aren't always a ripoff!

When I was after one for my garbage Mk2 I got one from eBay but it was for the older Mk2s, not the 1NR-FE one I had, but later got one from a dealer, brand new, for half the cost of the eBay one! (Which, yes, I returned!)

I managed to find a Haynes Repair manual for a good price on eBay, thanks for the tip 🙂

Be careful when buying parts as the T Sport is Jap built, things liked brakes and suspension parts can differ over the standard French built models

Good tip. I did notice that when looking for second hand parts. I thought all toyota's came from japan haha

I've just bought a 2002 t-sport and as a matter of course have changes the spark plugs, air, oil and pollen filters.  I'll lso be doing a coolant flush and brake service just so that i've established a benchmark.  Generally, i replace the three filters annually but spark plugs every 20,000 miles or so.  A visual inspection is usually best, i dont put too much belief in service stamps on older cars tbh

 

Ive had a 1.3 cdx from new (still got it but its up for sale now), so thats 20 years and still as smooth as when we got it
