Rear inner light

Hi all,

Dunno if anyone can help me with this. I took my yaris in to be serviced before my nct test here in Ireland. I was told that the driver side rear inner light is cracked and they've put tape on it but that it may fail the nct which I really need it to pass. Does anyone know what this is. I cannot for the life of me find it and I've no idea what to even Google to find a replacement for it to get changed.

Is the car a face lift model ? This has the lights on the tailgate/boot, that's what i assume the mean by inner rear light, Take the car to a NCT tester and ask if it will fail

Note. There are 4 types of these rear lights

eg.

That's exactly the part that is broken thank you so much. The nct has a strict that if light lens are missing or broken it'll fail so I need to get it fixed ASAP.
