Connected services

Is anyone else seeing the message "some terms are missing, please try again later" when trying to set up "connected services" in the myT app (or a similar message on the website)? I've had my new Yaris for over a month now, and have not been able to connect despite repeated attempts, and neither my dealer or the app support team will respond!

It sounds to me as if your dealer has not followed the correct procedures to register your vehicle with the eCall system before giving the vehicle to you? Have you tried calling CS at Toyota GB?

Thanks  for the hint - did try emailing CS, but not reply.  Will try again!

Silly question: Did you log into My Toyota on the Toyota website and accept the terms and conditions for the connected services?

Check your vin and registration match your documents !! its not unheard of a dealer messing up
