Fitted a revcounter to my 07 petrol all working but no lights reset works revs ok just no lights.the light in revcounter work just not coming on when I turn side lights on.

They are back lit, check it in the dark - it should come on with the dipped beam

Thanks I can see when side lights on it's not working in backlight on revcounter,not even when lights on full.?

Does the dash light up ? as it should ?

Yes dash all the lights work.

ok can you check the wiring with a multimeter - Pin 6 should be 12V with the lights on - may want to check  the plug on the pcb

Car Side - Use               -    Pin

Red           IG 12V               Pin 1   Yellow

Black         RPM signal       Pin 2    White

Brown       Ground              Pin 4    Blue

Blue          Perm Live          Pin 5

Green       illumination        Pin 6

Blue and green are the one's tryed both ways one way light on all time even when keys out and revcounter not resetting.other way revcounter resets but no lights

so from that, you can tell the lights do work 👍 now you need to check the green wire on the car side is getting 12v with the lights on

Can you post a pic of the wiring ? does your interior light work if not check the dome fuse

Thanks all sorted when wire plug pushed to gether green wire didn't connect haha told you I wasn't eletrician.many thanks though
