How to fix a damaged bumper

hello, first time posting here so not sure if this a query like this has been posted before.

I was coming off a kerb and my bumper (the lower part at least) got damaged (see pics).

Does anyone know how to do this without damaging the upper red part of the bumper?

It *seems* like it should be a simple job but I am not that sure how simple, and I don't want to have to pay a couple hundred just to get something like this fixed (bad enough its scratched under there like it is!). I'd like to be able to repair it myself with some basic tools, but dont want to damage the holes where this has come out from as it doesnt seem like the underside of the red bumper is that strong to me.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Remove the bolts IIRC they are 8 or 10mm, push the clips back into the bumper, insert bolts
