Hello I'm considering buying 2007 rav4 177ps?I like to accelerate, so is this suv fast?Do you consider it as a sport car?I read that the rav4 rides like a toyota camry? Is it true?

No, no and no. Nothing with that sort of power that weighs nye on two tonnes is fast, unless dropped from a great height. Toyota didn’t come up with a way to alter the laws of physics, they built a reliable SUV. If you want fast, look elsewhere unless you’re definition of fast is very different.

Something is, maybe, getting lost in translation ... the T180 / SR180 are the fastest versions of the RAV 4.3 and are quite fun to drive. The current hybrid RAVs are faster still (and not as much 'fun'). There are plenty of faster SUVs if speed is your thing!
