Power steering fluid change - Any guides, and what grade?

Hi guys. We own a MY09 plate Toyota Verso (R2) with the 1.8 petrol engine. It's covered 103,000 miles and I'm thinking the power steering fluid could probably use a refresh by now. I've tried searching for the grade but it seems to be some kind of industry secret because none of the usual suspects like Febi BIlstein or Comma stock it.

What grade is needed? And is there a particular way to change the oil? Typically removing a return hose and draining whilst simultaneously filling with fresh from the top works, but would prefer a guide if one is available. Cheers

Just a query. I don't have the car here with me at the moment, is the rack electric instead of hydraulic?

To answer my own query, yes I'm fairly certain it's electric.
