Floor panels under car

How do I remove floor panels under car mine are full of dirt an stones please if anyone knows tryed turning nuts in reset holes but they just turn

I haven’t removed mine,  but once I needed to redo the plastic nuts(clips), I think some if not all might be a half turn only or turn and pull out but not 100% sure, also since these been exposed to all elements through the years plus temperature differences best to have some new clips just in case they snapped, or dealer open near you, otherwise you may ended without been able to attach the panels back.
