anybody got an email address for Toyota financial services . I’ve tried but failed to find one that works.

Can you not contact them through My Toyota via the Toyota website - My Toyota | Toyota UK

Tried that, will not recognise my details. They seem to be having issues with the site. Sometimes I get the site is undergoing maintenance. Or we are having a problem try later. Also the universal get out phrase “ we are having high volumes of calls at the moment blah…..blah…..blah.

that’s strange because they are shut till Monday, so that was a site update from some time back.

 

Standard of customer service have been dealt a blow with COVID, not just Toyota. Firms hide behind a variety of excuses but the reality is that they have reduced staff level by simply not replacing the ones who have left.

So does anyone have the email address for Toyota financial services please.
