Hi,

I want to remove Toyota Badge from boot. It just catch dirt and it's difficult to clean.  Does anybody know if it's only glued by double side tape?

I have found pictures of hatchback's boot with Badge removed and there were some holes left. Probably from some screws that hold the Badge. Is it the same for saloon ?

Hi,

Toyota emblem likely to have holes for clips in, if you are talking about Toyota or Corolla names in letters these are most likely double sided tape attached, you can just remove and clean residue. 👍

The Toyota emblem is clipped on (hatch) onto a plastic mount, the name emblems are usually stuck on with 3m double-sided tape

It also depends on where the car is built and what country you are in, iirc the Corolla saloon is built in Turkey - Corolla (TUP)

The rear badges listed are

75403-F4010 (same as the c-hr)

90975-02070 - GCC, GEN and EUR

90975-W2011 - Russia

Thank you for the part numbers. Guessing from the pictures of that part I have found, there are some holes. It will be less pain to keep the Badge then to cover those holes, so I'm gonna keep it the way it is.

I have already removed name emblem and can confirm that it is held only by double side tape. Quite easy to remove.

A hair-dryer or heat gun can help soften the glue/double-sided tape holding emblems on modern cars

You can remove the tape with a hair dryer, in this way you can do it as quickly as possible. As I understand it, your logo is not in very good condition, so I recomend to change it, the new one you can find here - https://natalexauto.com/.
