How to remove/replace dipped beam headlight bulbs rav4 Mk3?

Hi All,

Fairly new here and cant find an associated topic.

How do I get the dipped beam bulbs out of a Mk3 Rav?

Sidelights & high beam done, just can't workout how to get the dipped headlight bulb out.

I'm probably missing something obvious, but if you've any tips I'd be extremely grateful

Have you had a look at the various YouTube videos on the subject? They probably cover it better and in more detail than anyone on here can.

You need to take the round plastic cover off first by turning it anticlockwise (if you looking at the headlight from behind), then you need to feel the bulb and turn it anticlockwise (same direction as the cover). Ideally your hands are very slim with long fingers, the job is a piece of cake then 😂😂😂. If your hands a like mine, you'll likely have them bruised and scratched all over 😂😂😂. Good luck. 😊
