2014 prado very weak going uphill

Hi guys my Prado isnt running very well. Very Low power  going uphill. Straight roads its ok but if i floor the gas pedal i dont get any kick just seems weak.  I can barely crawl up a small hill or incline. No engine lights . No noises no smells. Recently changed Oil  , air filter , Spark plugs ( Iridium ) , fuel filter.. Mechanic said trans fluid  is fine and fuel pump is good. 
Compression on all 4 cylinders around 214 psi 

Also have techstream data here . Maybe something isnt normal? 

Injection volume at idle is only 0.11 cc? Is that to low?

Hi did you find out the problem ??, My prado is doing the same but the engine management light comes on but goes off when I take my foot off the pedal, I've got it booked into a toyota dealer near me next week
