Nice, 10months so it's still quite a wait. Any extra you have ordered or standard excel?

Read the worse of supplies issues are over, it's easing slowly.

I don’t know an actual figure but it will vary depending what you insure and your personal circumstance  Nextbase are offering their own discounted insurance - they say 30% but I’d take that with a pinch of salt.  Confused say discounts are available.  I’ve attached screenshots.

I think more specialist ones like Adrian Flux might, but none of the bigger names seemed to unless it was on their list.

It's also worth declaring it just in case, but most I've asked don't seem to care, and the ones that did only cared if it was 'hardwired' in; If you just plugged it into the lighter or USB socket so it was easily removable they didn't care, but it varies by insurer.

Had my new Yaris design for 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. It’s actually my wife’s car, but I keep “borrowing “ it. So easy to drive and park.
 

The only annoying thing is having only one USB port at the front so I have to keep switching wires from USB-c to a lightening cable for my iPhone. 😝

Nice, get a usb splitter for the 12v socket. I have 3x usb socket + 3x 12v in one for dashcams.

Correct but he didn't mean a USB Splitter for your USB socket. Perhaps he meant something like one of these for your 12v socket (lighter socket) to give you more USB 5v power ports (no data needed) so you can leave the USB for your phone cable?

Just received MyT notification that my Excel (ordered mid Mar) is “in transit and on its way to my dealer”.

Looking like last dealer estimate of mid December may happen.

MyT app went straight from “processing order” to “In transit “…..

Fingers crossed, car is to full order spec.

Sounds like the app is all over the place; ours is stuck in 'left the factory' since 31/Oct.

Mine went to left factory roughly same time and looking at others on here could take upto 4 weeks to go to “in transit”

Mine was stuck in France for 4 and half weeks, it arrived between 8 and 12 days ago and I'm picking it up on Saturday

My Design has arrived at the retailer today. Perhaps the timeline that I've experienced will be helpful for others who are eagerly waiting:

Mid May - order placed, Design+ParkingPack+Satnav, predicted delivery mid Dec on the order form, but verbally advised mid Sept by the dealer.

(About Late August, the dealer updated the ETA to 16 Nov. Then around Oct they told that it might be as late as mid Dec but that "Toyota have two systems, one showing end Nov and the other mid Dec".)

31 Oct - build started.

2 Nov - left factory.

10 Nov - arrived Grimsby. I forget how long it sat at Zebrugge, it seemed ages at the time!

13 Nov - arrived Derbyshire.

17 Nov - arrived retailer.

Just awaiting PDI 🙂

Oh lucky you. My Yaris Cross left the factory on 4th November and MyT has been showing in transit at Zeebrugge since the 8th... Hoping for some good news soon.

Wow, that’s great news, quicker than expected.

My dealer still has no news on my car which went into build on 30th October and left the factory on 1st November.
