just got an Email my order (Number LB79XX) is now "processing" , but i ordered it in the summer 14th of June, why is it only going into processing now? Worry now it wont come with the Two tone paint option now. going to have contact the dealer to get some answers.

Ok So looking back at my Launch Edition order i got the "processing" update email a few days before it went into build so i guess its the same case here even though on the app it says its been processing since i placed the order.

Also my launch edition only took 18 days from my car to be built from the day i ordered, Crazy how it takes well over 6 months now..

We ordered ours on the 8th March and (according to the My T app) it's still in Belgium - 14 days now.

GR Sport Bi-Tone red and City pack. KW order.

Dealer says it's expected to arrive end of Jan, which puts us close to 11 months from order to delivery.

Mine is showing as in Zeebrugge Belgium too (for the last 7 days) on the myT app. On the browser though it has changed back to left factory (Onnaing). Black Design with pano roof, order number KW3. Expected late Dec/early Jan.

Aye well based on my experience of the app v logging in on the website, it’s just moored In Grimsby and will flirt two or three stages very soon.

Website has gone a step backwards, like Paul is experiencing. It says it is also now 'In Transit - Onnaing, France'.

Dealer said their system showed it "At Sea", on Monday 12th. He reckoned this denotes that it's likely sat at Portbury awaiting customs clearance - citing it's "in the country".

The truth is being bent somewhere. It's frustrating how inaccurate and poorly synced these platforms are.

There’s no point getting emotive about the app.  It’s a toy not a science.   Your car will come ashore at Grimsby not Portbury.  I can almost guarantee it arrived there this evening.

It’ll be 4 weeks on Friday since ours updated to zeebrugge in the slacker tracker and hasn’t changed since then. Total waste of time, they should just remove it. Just generates frustration imo.

What’s the slacker tracker?

myT.  Seems a a more appropriate name. Lost in translation perhaps 🙂

Was supposed to be collecting last week. The car sat in Belgium for the past few weeks and the app says it has gone back to France. I don't trust the app and it looks as though a few people have had the same thing happen.

True. It does incite frustration though, as it's a fairly pointless platform if it's inaccurate.

It was originally marked as Grimsby, but changed to Portbury on the tracker after roughly 4 days. I naturally assumed that was updated as it was allocated a vessel then going to Portbury.

Like you say, that tracker is not a science so my assumptions are probably incorrect.

Appreciate the input. 👍

If you’ve got a windows computer or an Apple computer with Firefox you can see with some accuracy (or a bit better than the app) where it is.  Portbury is used for cars coming from Japan but it would be an unusual sequence of events to go from Zeebrugge to Portbury.  The normal route would bring it by ship to Grimsby or rail to Toton (near Derby).

Yeah, I was perplexed as to why it moved from Grimsby to Portbury for that same reason. I've data-mined a couple of times and always get this info...

Toyota has increased the price of the Yaris Excel to 25070, previously was 24420. Going via carwow its 21147, though at 9.9% Apr which is too much.

I think the pertinent bit is “notVisited” in 3:  Mine is showing current as I expected it to do but notVisited for Derbyshire.  I expect that to change to Visited  when it gets a transporter, going off previous steps.  Timings then depend on transporter availability to get it to the dealer in Macclesfield.

The order price stands as far as I know.

The order price does stand. It's not good to be ordering now for sure. I got it for just under 22k, with 1.9% Apr. It did not have the 1750 contribution at the time. This will cost 1400 more on the higher finance than mine.

The zero finance wont be back anytime soon.

I ordered my Yaris Excel in pearlescent white on the 6th June this year.  Order Ref: LB67**

Processing started on 26th October. Build in Progress on 16th November. Left Factory on 19th November.

Zeebrugge on 21st November. Grimsby on 25th November. Derbyshire on 5th December.

Dealership on 9th December. Collected on 15th December.

The negotiated purchase price and trade in price were both honoured.

That’s pretty impressive once it got into build. Just makes ours even more of a head scratcher though. Yaris Excel, solid white (LA7xxx)…

in build 27/10

Left factory 31/10

in transit zeebrugge 18/11

…and no change since then 😕

Come on Toyota, what are you doing? Waiting for a big enough pedalo?
