Will upgrading Camry Hybrid audio system void the warranty

Hi,

I am getting a new Camry Hybrid and would like to upgrade the car audio with Autoimage Enterprise. Will this void the car warranty?

I am buying from Borneo Motors

I am just changing the Speakers and install an amp

Please advise

The new car warranty covers you against manufacturing defects. Would have thought that the Speakers, amp and installation will no longer be covered within the new car warranty. If the speakers/amp cause issues with the head unit, that probably won't be covered.

Presumably your audio installer will be providing some sort of warranty.

Yes, only parts directly related to the new sound system will be voided. Probably the infotainment and anything related to sound system. Careful with the GPS or integrated safety sense system
