replacing rear upper back bumper cover

I bought a haynes/chilton repair manual a few days ago.  I knew that after my accident that I might only get half or nothing on the claim.  I found out I am getting just half of the claim today.  my neighbor and I rear ended each other.  I was shifting in to drive and about the step on the gas when bam.  she hit me.  after talking and reiterating that I was fully in the street and shifting from reverse to drive and hit in the process.  I talked to their insurance company today.  and the claims investigator told me what they said and that I was in half in the drive way when hit.  not happy. so im going to buy a new rear upper cover.  I can't find any pics on how the upper and lower bumper cover fits together.  does anyone have any pics of how they fit together?
