Usb point not charging

I have a 18plate yaris when i got the car it used to charge my mobile phone .but recently it has stopped charging my phone any ideas

Try the phone and its cable in another car.

See if there is 5 volts present on the outer two connectors of the USB port. I assume it is a normal full size one.

Is the USB port fused?
